I have over 30 years experience working within the health and social care sector and hold professional qualifications in therapeutic arts and child care, cognitive behaviour therapy, a foundation degree in arts and therapeutic child care.
This service is open to everyone but mainly dedicated to the struggles of the black community, however all are welcome to access the service.
Currently I am working as a dedicated mental health recovery worker and receive positive endorsements from clients I have helped.
I wish to continue this work in the community independently by offering support to the black males within the local community who have been suffering in silence with their mental health.
Sometimes it's hard to talk about life's struggles and pin down what the knot in the pit of your stomach is and what you are feeling inside, you just know that something is wrong.
It is ok to ask for help as I understand the great challenges in life and how hard it may be to share your deepest inner most feelings. You can count on the bespoke therapeutic service that there is no judgement, no hassle, no shame.
